About Our $1,500 College Scholarship:

Helping others is a key initiative of every member of the ABC Fundraising® team. We love to see groups using our products thrive and achieve incredible results.

For the past 25 years, ABC Fundraising® has helped schools, youth sports teams, churches, and thousands of organizations all across America raise over 50 million dollars. We are now looking to award one determined and charitable student with our annual $1,500 scholarship.

Who Can Apply:

Current high school junior, high school senior, college undergraduate, or graduate students that have participated in consistent volunteer work.

Deadline for Applications:

June 30, Annually

Privacy Policy and User Communications

Privacy Policy: By submitting an application, the applicant automatically grants ABC Fundraising permission to post the applicant’s name, college, photo (if submitted), and essay on abcfundraising.com or in other marketing communications, even if the candidate does not win the scholarship. We are also granted permission to call and/or send you information regarding your application.

User Communications: When you send email communications to ABC Fundraising®, and/or its representatives may retain those communications in order to process or respond to your inquiries or application as related to the scholarship. ABC Fundraising® and its representatives will not knowingly sell, share, rent or otherwise transfer your information other than in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. By participating in this scholarship, you give us your express consent to confirm your admission and attendance at the college or university by contacting the institution for verification.

Terms & Conditions

All submitted photos and essays must be original work of the applicant.  Only one submission may be entered per student, per year. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. All scholarships are non-renewable. By submitting an application to The ABC Fundraising® Volunteer Recognition Scholarship, you certify that all the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

The applicant automatically grants ABC Fundraising®, its agents and/or representatives permission to:

-Use their name, photo, essay response, and award amount, if any, in announcements or articles (i.e. social media, newsletter, etc) issued by ABC Fundraising®.

-Post the applicant’s name, college or university, and essay on the abcfundraising.com web site.

-Call and/or send information to the applicant regarding their application.

-Winners will be notified via email, and announced publicly, as well as on ABC Fundraising® social media pages.

We are pleased to announce Tamyah Patterson-Stewart as the winner of The 2020 ABC Fundraising Volunteer Recognition Scholarship for $1,500. Tamyah, who attends Girard College, and will be attending Holy Family University in the fall, was selected from a pool of over 150 candidates.

Candidates had to submit an essay detailing volunteer work and a volunteer verification form.

Tamyah composed an inspiring essay about how she started a class for teaching CPR. – The work she has done in the field of nursing will undoubtedly save many lives.

Tamyah is a true HERO and we congratulate her and wish her well in her future endeavors in the medical and nursing fields.

The 2019 Scholarship Winner

We are pleased to announce Creed King as the winner of The 2019 ABC Fundraising Volunteer Recognition Scholarship for $2,500. Creed, who attends the Mississippi State University, was selected from a pool of 160 candidates. Candidates had to submit an essay detailing volunteer work and a volunteer verification form.

Creed composed an inspiring essay about a project – LIONS UNITE! – that she organized to promote inclusion of differently-abled students in mainstream high schools.

We are pleased to announce Lilia Sweet Tyline King as the winner of The 2018 ABC Fundraising® Volunteer Recognition Scholarship for $2,500.  Lily Sweet, who attends the University of Mississippi, was selected from a pool of almost 80 candidates. Candidates had to submit an essay detailing volunteer work and a volunteer verification form.
