HOW TO START FACE MASK FUNDRAISING:

To run your fundraiser with a personalized web store and as a typical order-taker fundraiser simply FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM to get started. ($40 Total Set Up Fee Applies if doing both online and offline fundraising – $25 fee is just for the order-taker flyer)

After running your face mask fundraiser for 2-3 weeks and collecting money from your web store and your order-taking flyers, simply call ABC Fundraising to place your order. We will then print your masks and ship them out to you. Average production time for face masks is 2-3 weeks.

Once you receive your custom face masks you can either mail them to your supporters (face masks fit in a regular 6X9 envelope) OR you can have your members deliver them to your supporters.

The most common way to get your custom face masks to your supporters is to have a “Pick Up Day” where you put the face masks in brown paper bags, individually labeled with  your supporters names on them and then simply hand them out. (Similar to the way restaurants are currently doing PICK UP ONLY orders for social distancing).

PRO TIP: You could mail the masks to people who ordered from your online web store that live out of state and have your local supporters pick up the face masks on your “Pick Up Day”. This will save your group money on postage!

Our Custom Face Masks Are Washable and Reusable:

Our high quality 2-ply face masks are made of cotton on the interior and polyester on the exterior.

According to the CDC, you should wash your face mask after each use. The Custom Face Masks that ABC Fundraising® supplies are machine washable and reusable. You should wash your face mask in the warmest water possible and use laundry detergent. You can also hand wash your masks if you prefer and put them in the dryer at the HIGHEST heat setting. If you choose to air dry your face coverings you should place them in direct sunlight if possible.

From the CDC website: If you wash your face masks by hand it is recommended that you use 5 tablespoons of household bleach per gallon of room temperature water. Never mix bleach with ammonia or any other cleanser. Some bleach products such as those designed to be used on colored fabric may not be suitable for disinfection. Soak the mask in the bleach solution for at least 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly in cool water or room temperature water. The CDC has more recommendations regarding the use of cloth face coverings on their website.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS FOR FACE MASK LOGOS (the best way to print on a face mask)

ABC Fundraising® uses a process known as Sublimation to print the logos on all of our face masks. Sublimated prints look much more natural than screen printed logos. There is virtually no difference to the feel of the fabric on the face mask when touching the sublimated logo portion and the rest of the mask. Screen printed logos often feel hard, peel off and are not safe to breathe through. They are also much harder to breathe through and are not recommended to be used on face masks.

Also referred to as digital sublimation, the process is commonly used for decorating apparel, signs and banners, as well as novelty items such as cell phone covers, plaques, coffee mugs, and other items with sublimation-friendly surfaces. The process uses the science of sublimation, in which heat and pressure are applied to a solid, turning it into a gas through an endothermic reaction without passing through the liquid phase.

NOT MEDICAL GRADE MASKS

Please note that our face masks are NOT medical grade masks  (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). The face masks we provide ARE recommended to help prevent the spread but will not protect you from contracting a virus. Custom Face Masks With YOUR Logo

When emailing your logo to ABC Fundraising® please keep in mind that we only accept high resolution art work. If you art work is pixelated or blurry we will not be able to print your logo on a face mask. If you are unsure if your logo or art work is high quality enough to be printed simply email it over to us as it is and we will let you know. We may give you some options such as finding a similar image or some clip art which can be used along with some text that you provide us.  

Once we receive your artwork and approve it for printing we will send you a PayPal invoice for $25 to complete your order-taker brochures so you can begin selling your face masks through your fundraiser. We will also upload your mask designs to your own online web store. You should share your unique URL with all of your members. We even provide you with an email you can use to send to your group members to launch your fundraiser!
